Winning Through Relationship

If you're having difficulties with your horse it always comes back to
the same question.........How's your relationship? Are you offering
your horse the supportive leadership that
it craves? Are you riding a
stiff, stubborn and resistant partner or is your horse's entire body
soft, supple, and ready to respond to each and every cue? A break
down in relationship will effect your riding skills because it means
there is a break down in communication. A horse that is not
connected to you through trust will not soften into your seat, legs
and hands and will not even feel the cues. If you haven't yet
learned to speak their language then your ability to build a winning
relationship
will be severely hindered. The degree of relationship will
"
tell all" when it comes to show time.
Mission

My main goal is to provide equestrian centers with curriculum based
foundational programs of learning that address this problem. Many
of the traditional riding lessons focus on balance, rhythm, and
equitation. While these are very important factors there is an
imbalance to these types of lessons. If the rider has not been
taught how to communicate with their horse through supportive
leadership, release of pressure, and softness then there will be
major melt-downs that could be avoided.
Classes

I am currently scheduling classes that are 2-3 hours long. I am
offering the
"Boot-Camp" series of classes at equestrian centers in
SW Michigan and Northern Indiana.  See the
services page for more
information. Each class is a continuation of the previous one. Each
level builds
upon the previous lesson. This provides the student
with a comprehensive progression of the knowledge necessary for
foundational relationship. Lesson manual outlines are used during
the classes and are free to all participants.

The Language Of Trust
Are you a horse owner looking
for instruction that will change
your entire relationship with
your horse? My classes focus
on this from beginning to end.
If you're like many, your riding
lessons are making you look
good, but they're not helping
you become a better horse
communicator.   Are you
lacking basic foundational skills
even after years of lessons? I
know exactly how you feel, in
fact, I have written a book
about it. I firmly believe that
riding a horse correctly has
everything to do with
communication, and that is
exactly what I teach. If you
are not completely satisfied,
don't worry....no charge.
